Always be positive. There is definitely merit in that argument. Life is short, all of us experience different things. Some people think of positive thinking as expecting, speaking, and visualising with certainty that whatever you want is in your hands.

Reality can be a mirror. This is no sure-fire antidote, but to think negatively is weakening. Some tips include meditating, smiling and being with a few positive people. The last one can be tough, but still no harm trying to do it. Other ideas include singing.
